At Ski Cuisine, excellent chefs provide excellent cuisine.
Your day will start with a welcome cup of tea or coffee served to your room. This is followed by a generous breakfast including a cooked option and a range of pastries, fresh bread, cereals, yoghurts and fruit juices . After a day on the slopes home baked cake or cookies await you back at the chalet. Relax in front of the roaring log fire and enjoy canapes and a glass of fizz before the experienced chefs prepare and serve a four course dinner accompanied by unlimited selected wines. These two chalets are run by Scott and Sophie, and food is a big priority! Scott and Sophie are both passionate chefs with many years’ experience in private dining. Sophie worked as private head chef to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire at Chatsworth House in Derbyshire for 11 years and Scott has worked in numerous fantastic restaurants both in the kitchen and front of house. Sophie has even cooked for a queen, so you know you’ll be tasting royal worthy cuisine on your holiday.
